Tahlequah, OK — The Board of Directors has unanimously selected Niesa Glenewinkel as our next President & CEO, effective November 1, 2025, following the retirement of our beloved leader, Dr. Linda Dzialo.

For more than a decade, Dr. Dzialo has led with vision, dedication, and heart—expanding Great Expectations’ reach, deepening our impact in schools, and inspiring thousands of educators and students across the globe. Her legacy is one of excellence, respect, and unwavering belief in the power of education. 

Niesa brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and leader, along with a passion for school culture, academic achievement for all, leadership and a vision for innovation. She is committed to honoring Dr. Dzialo’s extraordinary legacy while guiding GE into a bold, impactful future.
