Great Expectations Welcomes Natalie Godfrey and Patti Carver to the Team
Great Expectations has welcomed two new team members who will help strengthen both the organization’s educational services and day-to-day operations.
Natalie Godfrey has joined Great Expectations as an Instructional Coach, while Patti Carver has joined the organization as Account Manager.
“We are thrilled to welcome both Natalie and Patti to our team,” said Niesa Glenewinkel, President and CEO of Great Expectations. “Natalie’s classroom experience and commitment to supporting teachers, along with Patti’s extensive background in nonprofit and educational operations, will strengthen our ability to serve educators and school communities.”
Natalie Godfrey, Instructional Coach
Godfrey brings more than nine years of experience in education, including work in instructional leadership, curriculum development and educator support.
During her teaching career, she taught first, second and fourth grades, developing student-centered classrooms focused on engagement and learning.
Godfrey also served for several years as a Great Expectations Summer Institute instructor. That experience helped deepen her interest in supporting educators beyond her own classroom and ultimately led to her new role as a full-time Instructional Coach.
In her new position, Godfrey will work with educators and school districts, with a particular focus on supporting Great Expectations’ work in Texas.
Patti Carver, Account Manager
Carver joins Great Expectations with more than 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit organizations.
As Account Manager, she will support the organization’s financial and administrative operations and help ensure the systems behind Great Expectations’ programs continue to serve staff, educators and partner schools effectively.
Her previous experience includes managing and improving organizational processes that support educational and nonprofit service teams.
The addition of Godfrey and Carver reflects Great Expectations’ continued investment in both direct support for educators and the organizational infrastructure needed to sustain that work.
